The weather is a bit whacko here. Looming dark clouds threatening to unleash torrents only for the sun to shine hot. I dont know what happened to the prophesied El nino rains because we are having normal seasonal rains. Infact, a bit less than usual.
Are the current projects being undertaken by the CDF going to bring rapid development in our constituency? What do you think?
